Ovens and Cooktops NZ Suppliers

Gas hob for oven and cook tops new zealand suppliersOvens, Cook Tops, and Oven Ranges are an important appliances for cooking meals in motels, apartments, kitchenettes, and hotel restaurant kitchens. These important, but fundamentally basic heated chamber devices serves an equally important need - to feed motel and hotel clients. With the increase of diverse international cuisines, television cooking celebrity chef and related shows (e.g. Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey), seemingly endless stream of recipes via internet, newspapers, magazines, and books (including celebrities, e.g. George Foreman) - the oven, cookware, chef and cooks, and kitchen play a central role in the hospitality industry. The cooking oven is a core part of a hub of culinary atmosphere: for ideally professionally baking, roasting, boiling, steaming, frying, and warming food to satisfy our basic need - to eat. This is of course important for hotel and restaurant management and staff to prepare optimal meals to satisfy their customer's appetite. Image of Gas Hob by storm dance.

Thus skilled chefs and cooks are required and so are suitable ovens and cook tops which need to be considered in terms of size, style, heat type, materials used (e.g. ceramic, enamel, stainless steel), insulation properties, portability, fixture location, and perhaps specific functions. An oven's heat output include hot air (convection), electric, gas, microwave, infrared, "fire" (tradition perhaps), combination ranges, and even sun generated - solar heat. Oven types which include domestic or commercial, can include the standard oven range, separate cook tops, microwave ovens, large double ovens, inbuilt/wall mounted, bench top, pizza chamber ovens, steam generated (i.e. large steamers or the maori earth "hangi") and even the basic portable gas cooker.

Thus their is a diverse range of cooking ovens from New Zealand suppliers, but for some hotel operations, it may pay to seek professional advice, or at least visit manufacture's sites to read and view tips, ideas, specific oven and related hardware and accessories (e.g. range hoods, cookware, gourmet trays, casserole dishes, protective clothing, etc) and read/download manuals for certain products.

Digital Cameras NZ Suppliers

Digital Camera Suppliers in New ZealandDigital camera retailers and suppliers in New Zealand are advertising many camera models from several manufactures. The latest cameras have various advanced features, price ranges, and accessories to enhance photographing or image capture. Hence if you want to photograph your motel, it's surrounding premises, and interior room, then perhaps consider reviewing which camera would be suitable for capturing quality still images. Relevant and quality images can easily capture a client's attention and thoughts - as a picture can convey a hundred or thousand words as the saying goes. Image of Panasonic lumix DMC-ZS5 12.1 MP Camera

Quality translates to appealing, so to attract potential clients if you display or upload a motel or hotel image on your website, accommodation directory, travels web sites, online booking agencies, Google images for search, photo storage site (e.g. Flickr or Picassa), stock photo site, review blogs and sites, and many other online avenues. Also printed media such as travel brochures, directories (e.g. the NZ AA accommodation guide), magazines, membership newsletters, etc are an important avenue for displaying and advertising a motels "image". But perhaps become familiar with operating a camera for maximum image capture, and also the features that today are becoming increasingly sophisticated....

Camera's Features

Resolution
Often mentioned as Mega Pixels, which relates to the clarity of a image's detail or sharpness. But also depends on optimum settings when photo capturing, the resulting print size and distance when viewing. Many NZ recently released "consumer" type camera's range from 10 to 14 MP. Though even 5 to 8MP or less may be sufficient in certain circumstances when taking photographs.

Optical Zoom
Perhaps capture a distance shot of the beach, ocean or bush surroundings near a motel or hotel? Then zoom features would be important - particularly optical zoom for clarity (rather than digital zoom). Current consumer advertised cameras may range from 3 x to 15 x optical zoom

Camera Flash Light
For semi to dark lighting, then the flash feature helps improve exposure. This could be "intelligent" auto flash exposure, a external flash or both for image capture. The important red eye reduction needs to be considered for image capture.

Memory Storage
The larger the memory then more photo's can be stored as data files either on camera, or removable memory cards. This can include compact flash cards, secure digital (SD), XD, MMC, Memory Stick, and others. Perhaps 128 MB or 256 MB would be ideal for saving images for later computer or laptop transfer.

Lens
Perhaps fixed preset, for focus at fixed lengths or auto focus lens, of which some camera's include a "wide" angle lens. This includes the DSLR (Digital Single Lens reflex) (and also SLR which have "burst mode" for motion capture) cameras for preview analysis in the viewfinder, including depth of field, and lens interchangeability.

Focus and Exposure
Often auto set focus, but can include manual focus, and can be determined by the ISO settings, a measure of required light for "quality" image capture.

LCD Screen
Most have this visible but important feature - for previews, viewing multiple images, for editing, zooming, deleting, and so on. Often 2.7" to 3.0" LCD screen size and some are "touch" mode for ease of navigation.

Additional Features
Their are other features, such as timer function for photo capture delay, accessories (e.g. tripods, photo editing software, USB flash drives or other connectivity apparatus to PC hardware, recommended batteries for longevity, etc) and also manual controls for the discerning photographer to set focus, shutter speed, aperture speed to adapt to the environment.

Brands
Many of the top brands, i.e. Sony, Panasonic, Canon, Casio, Kodak, and Olympus include advanced features. Some brands with their styles and features may be more suitable than others, depending on specific needs, including how you are going to utilize the images. For example...

* "EasyShare" Kodak - Cameras - offer simplicity to photograph.
* "Finepix" Fujifilm - Have point and shoot but also a range of other model types.
* "Exilim" Casio - Thin models, and can include premium zoom lens and speed for the "point and shoot" models.
* "Lumix" Panasonic - Cameras - Easy to use range of camera's to learn from.
"Cyber Shot" Cannon - Also for beginners to learn, and perhaps up to mid range photographers, and includes a range of models.

Browse a Huge Range of Digital Cameras HERE

Many top brand camera's also list features which would be better understood by reading reviews, the accompanying instruction manual, and consulting the manufacture's web site. Such features can include built in wireless technology, DLNZ (Still and movie recording), "snow proof", shock proof, 28 mm wide angle lens, dual image stabilizer, "Live" control, IA Mode, "Face" detection, "Smart" auto, Integrated "cleaning" system, and much more. But for extensive photo shoots, it may be wise to hire a professional photographer or seek, or learn professional tips and advice.
